Our story begins with our son, Jack.
Jack was born on March 28, 2025, and unexpectedly passed away after just seven beautiful days with us on April 3, 2025.
After three precious days together as a family, the unimaginable happened.
Jack was rushed to the NICU without answers, and despite hopeful conversations and positive updates, our world changed forever.
During his time in the NICU, Jack was diagnosed with a rare metabolic disorder called Trifunctional Protein Deficiency (TFP).
Finding Purpose Through Pain
In the midst of overwhelming grief, we quickly realized how isolating and heartbreaking the NICU journey can be for families.
We experienced firsthand the emotional, physical, and financial weight that comes with loving a child through medical uncertainty and loss.
But alongside that pain, we also experienced the incredible impact of compassion.
The nurses who stayed a little longer.
The meals provided by loved ones.
The prayers.
The encouragement.
The people who carried us when we could not carry ourselves.
From Heartbreak to Purpose
Out of Jack's life came a deep calling: to create something that would bring comfort, support, and hope to other families walking through unimaginable circumstances.
What began as heartbreak has grown into purpose.
Our mission is to serve NICU and bereaved families through practical support, meaningful resources, and compassionate care so that no family feels alone in their hardest moments.
Jack's seven days changed our lives forever, and we hope his story continues to shine through every family we support, every act of kindness shared, and every reminder that even the shortest lives can leave the greatest impact.
